Vegan Protein Pancakes


  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of rice protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of avocado oil (or coconut oil)
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup (taste and add more if desired)
  • 1 cup of sparkling water + more as needed
  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Add the maple syrup, then slowly add the water, mixing until “just mixed.” It should be a little lumpy and quite thick. 
  3. Add oil.
  4. Add a little extra water if needed.
  5. Cook in a hot non-stick pan until bubbles appear in the centre of each pancake. Flip and cook for a few more minutes.
  6. Serve!

Protein Pudding Cups


  • 1 scoop of rice protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cacao powder
  • 1 pinch of vanilla
  • 200 ml of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoon of water

1. Mix protein powder, vanilla, cacao and Greek yogurt.
2. Add water, as needed, to thin out the mixture.
